We booked through bcmountainresort.com and felt like it was a solid deal for what we paid. The price was reasonable compared to a few other places we looked at, and the room and location were pretty much what we were expecting.

There were a couple little things that could’ve been clearer on the site, but nothing that really bothered us or affected the trip. For the cost, I’d say it was worth it, and I’d be open to using them again.

After a long drive, check-in was really easy. The lady at the front desk was super nice and had our room info ready right away, which was great because we were worn out. It felt almost too quick, but also exactly what we needed. Nothing fancy, but still a really smooth start to the trip

Stayed here for a quick trip and it was okay, the room had the basics and we were comfortable enough but some of the amenities felt a little worn out, especially the pool area and the gym equipment which just seemed kind of dated. It wasn’t a bad stay by any means, I just thought it would feel a bit nicer for what we paid. Three stars feels about right.

I also appreciated that the info about rooms, parking, and getting around wasn’t buried in weird menus. Since I was planning with my dad’s walker in mind, that made things feel a lot less stressful.

A couple of small details could maybe be a little clearer, but overall the site felt kinda simple and accessible. I was happy with it and would use it again.

We got to the room and I was excited to look out the window and relax a bit. Then I opened the curtains and... yeah, it was just a parking lot. Really disappointing, especially when you’re expecting something at least a little nicer.

The lifts were close, which was nice, but actually getting to them was literally kind of annoying sometimes. Not a huge deal, just not as easy as I was hoping.

I booked a massage while I was staying there, and it was kind of not what I was hoping for. The staff was nice, so that part was fine, but the whole room and experience felt a bit rushed or like not very calming somehow. For what it cost, I thought it would feel more relaxing and put together. I don’t think I’d book the spa again if I stayed there another time

We grabbed burgers and fries after skiing, it hit the spot since it was warm and easy. Nothing mind-blowing, and a little pricey for what you get, but that’s kind of expected at a ski spot. Coffee was decent too, though the lunch rush definitely made the lines drag.
The bar drinks were fine, and the staff was friendly enough, so no real complaints there. I’d just like to see more variety on the menu, especially some healthier choices or quick grab-and-go snacks.

I did eventually find a spot, but it took a lot longer than I thought it would. The way it was described made it sound like parking would be simple, so I felt a bit misled

The hot tub was okay. Warm enough, which was nice. It was a little crowded though, and the jets weren’t really doing much. Still felt good to sit in for a bit. Not amazing, but nice enough.

I was kind of expecting some surprise fee to show up later, but the prices were clear from the start. Nothing weird got added on, which was a nice relief

The hiking trails were really close by and easy enough to get to, which I appreciated. The views were definitely worth it too. That said, the signs were unclear, and I ended up having to ask around more than once just to make sure I was headed the right way. I mentioned it because it seems like something that could easily be fixed, but it was frustrating enough that I’d probably raise it again if nothing changes.

Booking itself was simple, so no complaints there. But when I needed to change my plans, the cancellation policy felt way stricter than I expected. Maybe I missed the fine print, but it kind of felt like the important details weren’t made super obvious until after payment. Not the worst experience, just wish they had been more upfront about it.

The room was clean and cozy — it had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, so I slept well. It was a little on the small side, not a big deal though, and overall it was a comfortable stay.

We went with our kids and had an okay time. The place was nice. The staff were friendly. But it did feel a little messy for families. Kid food options were limited. Getting around with bags and all our stuff was also a hassle. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t super smooth. I might go back. But I’d keep my expectations lower next time.

There just wasn’t much to look at around the place. The views felt kind of dull, and I’d guess maybe the area just hasn’t been developed or maintained with scenery in mind. Not terrible, just boring overall.

We stayed here mostly because we wanted somewhere to relax and use the pool after hiking during the day. The pool was open when we needed it, and the water temperature was actually nice, so that part worked out fine.

That said, the whole pool area just felt a little worn down or something about it... Some of the chairs looked old, the towels ran out one afternoon, and the edges around the pool could have been cleaner.

It definitely wasn’t a bad experience, and the kids still had a good time. I just expected the pool area at a resort to feel a bit better maintained overall.

I barely got any sleep because the mattress felt old and lumpy, and the pillows were super flat. Woke up with my back hurting, which was disappointing for what we paid
